Unless expressly stated in writing, any payments made for travel incentives, promotional travel offers, deposits, processing fees, taxes, redemption fees, booking fees, or related charges may be paid to third-party partners, travel incentive providers, fulfillment companies, booking platforms, or other third-party providers.
All refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms of the offer, certificate, redemption provider, payment processor, third-party partner, and/or travel provider involved.

By submitting payment, purchasing a travel incentive, paying a deposit, paying a redemption fee, paying a processing fee, or making any other payment connected to LeadBox Marketing Firm, its partners, or its promoted travel incentives, you agree that you are authorizing the charge and that the payment is subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase, on the applicable offer page, in these Terms, and/or in the applicable certificate or provider terms.
You agree not to file a false, fraudulent, improper, or bad-faith chargeback, payment dispute, bank dispute, credit card dispute, or reversal request for any authorized charge.
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to first contact LeadBox Marketing Firm at [Insert Email Address] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
You understand and agree that failure to attend a required presentation, arriving late, attending without a required partner or spouse, failing to follow presentation rules, being removed from the presentation, missing redemption deadlines, failing to follow certificate instructions, failing to submit required documents, choosing unavailable travel dates, or changing your mind after purchase does not automatically entitle you to a refund or justify a chargeback.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that LeadBox Marketing Firm determines to be false, fraudulent, improper, or inconsistent with the disclosed terms, LeadBox reserves the right to contest the dispute with supporting documentation. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, form submissions, consent records, payment records, appointment records, call recordings, text messages, emails, redemption records, certificate terms, IP address logs, digital signatures, and other evidence of authorization, disclosure, delivery, or service performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that LeadBox Marketing Firm may recover any amounts wrongfully reversed, withheld, or charged back, plus any chargeback fees, collection costs, administrative costs, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, arbitration costs, and any other costs incurred in enforcing payment or defending against an improper dispute.
Submitting your information, booking an appointment, attending a presentation, receiving a travel certificate, or attempting to redeem a travel incentive does not guarantee refund eligibility.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact LeadBox Marketing Firm at [Insert Email Address] within [Insert Number] days of the charge. We will review the request and, when applicable, direct you to the correct third-party provider, travel provider, fulfillment company, booking platform, or payment processor responsible for the charge.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. This policy is intended to prevent false, fraudulent, improper, or bad-faith payment disputes, while still allowing legitimate billing-error claims to be reviewed.
